        hours increase from 45 to 90 to get a real estate license.

On 1 November 2006 the license law hour requirement increases from 45 to 90. If you do not pass you license exam in Oklahoma City before November 1, you must go to real estate school again and take the new 90 hour course. All the hours you may have taken before then will not count towards the new 90 hour requirement. Note: there will be no refunds to students who do not finish class in time to meet the 90 hour deadline. If you think you may not finish the course in time to meet the deadline, do not take the course. Space is limited. Do not take the place of a student who can finish on time.

No license school is scheduled for November or December 2006. It is not known at this time when a new license course will offered again.

There will only be workshops in October. The last lectures will be in September.
