License Course:
The Basic License Course is
not being offered to new students at this time. Enrollment will open again as
soon as we have been able to fully analyze the effects of the new PSI National &
State license exams.
Until that time, we will devote our resources to helping existing students successfully prepare for the new license exam.

Broker in Charge is
a 15 hour
course designed by the OREC for principal brokers and broker school
students! This is for managing brokers!
Approved for 15-Hours of Broker School Credit -- If you
have already completed a 75-hour Broker School in
the Past.
Post License Course available only by mail correspondence. (There
are no longer any "live" classes.)

We do not have a school to get a Broker's license.

All courses delivered by mail. Often no one is in the office. We are now a
Distant Learning school. There is a mail slot in the door for students who want
to drop off tests and homework assignments, however. Thanks.
