Broker in Charge is
a 15 hour
course designed by the OREC for principal brokers and managing brokers.
Some brokers must take this course to renew their license
as active. Read the law here.
Post License Course available only by mail correspondence. (There
are no longer any "live" classes.)

We do not have a school to get a Broker's license.
Please Note: We offer no live classes. Please do not come by the office.
All courses delivered by mail. Often no one is in the office. We are now a
Distant Learning school. There is a mail slot in the door for students who want
to drop off tests and homework assignments, however. Thanks.
