4. Online Internet Course Option Disclosure

Online Internet Course Now Available to Classroom Course Students Only!

Students who are enrolled in our basic license classroom course have the option to try the course online. Students who complete the online exercises and pass the final exam (given only "live" and monitored in our classroom), may complete the course as an online student. For very bright students this might happen in just a few days!

Important: There is no "Online Only" Option -- Just Enrolled Classroom Students Can Use the Online Course.

The online internet course is just an added bonus for regular classroom students. Course questions will only be answered in class and during workshops. There is no phone support and no email support.

The basic license course material is difficult. It is the equivalent of a 3-hour one semester solid college course. "Online only" students could expect to have a failure rate well over 50%. The Vince Mooney Real Estate School likes to have a pass rate over 90%. Therefore "online only" students will not be allowed.

Online Course is a Bonus.

Regular classroom students can use the online material to supplement their studies. A combination of classroom plus online exercises may enable some very hardworking students to finish the course days or even weeks sooner than would be possible with classroom alone. . It is best to think of the online option as an important study aid. You can use it any time and any where you can access the internet.

The online course and classroom course are separate programs.

Hours spent online do not count towards your 45-hour classroom requirement. Workshop time taking exams in the classroom do not count towards online course requirements.

Hours increase from 45 to 90 to get a license on 1 November 2006. The last class lectures are in September. There will be no lectures in September only workshops. There will be no license school in November or December.
