BASIC RULES & UNDERSTANDING

Please Initial______ I understand that the hour requirement to get a real estate license increases from 45 hours to 90 hours on 1 NOV 06. If I do not get a license by that time, I must go to a new 90 hour course. My old hours will not count towards the new 90 hour requirement.

Please Initial______ I understand that there will be no refund because I did not finish in time to meet the deadline. I understand that if I have any doubt about my ability to finish the course in time to meet the deadline, I should not take the course. Space is limited and I should not take the place of a student who can finish the course in time.

Please Initial______ I understand that I am expected to finish the course within 180 days or by November 1st 2006 whichever comes first.

Please Initial______ This Multi/Track School is designed to provide 45 hours of instruction very quickly. You can go as fast as possible; however, you should not go faster than you can learn the material.

Please Initial______ I understand that because so many hours may be taken in a short time period, classroom availabilities are not guaranteed, and class time periods may have to be changed on short notice. (If class size gets too large, additional class times are sometimes scheduled.)

Please Initial_____ I understand that I will not be cleared to take the exam in Oklahoma City simply because I put 45 hours of time in the classroom. I must also pass the school’s final exam with a grade of 75%.

Please Initial______ I understand that I must put in 45 hours in the classroom at a lecture or workshop. There will be no credit for time spent studying or working at home.

Please Initial______ I understand that if I have an opportunity to take the online course option, I must still take the final exam "live" at the school. No final exam taken over the internet will count for passing the course.

Please Initial______ I understand that the online course option is available only to classroom students. There is no "online only option". The online option runs separately from the classroom course. Time spent in the classroom at lectures or in computer workshops can not be combined with time spent on the internet and vice versa.

Please Initial______ I understand that even if I can complete a 3—hour tutorial or a 3—hour exam in less time, I will only get credit for the time I actually spent in the classroom. (For example: if you complete a 3—hour practice exam in 2 hours, you will only get 2 hours of credit.)

Please Initial______ I understand to get credit I must at least put in one hour of classroom time. No time less than an hour counts towards the 45-hour requirement.

Please Initial______ I understand that breaks must be taken and that I am entitled to 10 minutes an hour. However, I cannot work 2 1/2 hours without a break and then leave and expect to get 3 hours of credit. So take your breaks. You’ll do better!
