After November 1^st 2000 the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission may ask questions about the new Brokerage Relationships Act on the license exam. There will be eight questions on the exam. This amounts to 6.15% of your grade. All questions, at this time, come from the OREC Brokerage Relationship Act brochure.

The Commission has stopped publishing any more manuals for the basic, post, and broker exams. It is now up to private industry to write the exams. I am now writing a basic real estate manual for Oklahoma students. (When I finish the chapter on Transaction Brokerage, I will post it on this site.) In the meantime, it would be wise to read the law, as posted on this site. Also, take the practice questions given here. I hope to write the same kind of questions the Commission wrote.
