2. SCHOOL & CLASSROOM RULES
Vince Mooney Estate School & Seminars
In order to teach the large amount of material covered in this class, within the 45-hour time frame, it is essential to maintain proper classroom decorum. Attention must be focused and course objectives met as planned for the course to be successful. This class runs several times faster than the average license course. It is the equivalent of a 3-hour, one semester, college course. You’ll want to be prepared to learn.
- No eating in class.
- No talking in class.
- No phones, beepers, no recorders.
- If you have a question, raise your hand.
- Do not blurt out questions or comments. This is very important. Do not answer questions that were asked of the teacher.
- Do not get up during class to get coffee. Get coffee at break times. Take two cups, if you need a lot of coffee.
- There is only one phone line for the school and it is not available for student use.
- Please try to come on time. Coming late disturbs the class.
- Please always remember to sign-in and sign-out on the class attendance sheet. Please print.
- Remember to always bring you books.
- All computer test scores should be immediately recorded. The tests you have taken and the scores you have received determine the next tests you take.

Time spent online taking our internet tests does not count towards the 45-hour requirement to complete the basic license course.
I’ve read and understand these decorum guidelines.
