When can I start the course?
You can start at any time. Read the Welcome Letter then Fill out the application and mail it it.
How much is the course? $220
I live a long way from Tulsa. Can I take the course by correspondence or over the Internet?
Yes, you can take the Post License course by mail from the Vince Mooney Real Estate School. The price is the same. You take the course at home. You take a 30-question test at the end of each of the 15 chapters in the manual and mail them back. You need to score at least 75% on each test. When you have finished all the chapter tests, then you take a 130 -question final exam which you must also pass with at least 75% correct. If you work hard, you may be able to finish the course in 7 days. You must finish within six months, however. The course is only available by mail and not on-line.
What is the Passing Grade on the Final?
You must get at least 75% to pass. If you do not pass the final the first time, you get to take additional final exams, at no extra cost, until you do pass.
