If you have been convicted, of any crime, or if charges are pending, (or if you have unpaid child support or unpaid student loans), please check with the Commission before enrolling in any real estate license class. The Commission will allow you to seek pre-approval.

OREC Disclosure: The Basic Real Estate License Course Part I gets you ready for a Provisional Sales Associate license. You will have to attend a second 45-hour “Post License” school (Part II) within a year to be upgraded to a full sales associate with a renewal license. This is true of all schools.
