Broker in Charge is a 15 hour course designed by the OREC for principal brokers and broker school students! This is for managing brokers! Approved for 15-Hours of Broker School Credit -- If you have already completed a 75-hour Broker School in the Past.

Post License Course available only by mail correspondence. (There are no longer any "live" classes.)

We do not have a school to get a Broker's license.

APPRAISERS: Please Note: We do NOT have a school to Get An Appraisal License and we no longer have Continuing Education Seminars for Appraisal credit. Our seminars provide real estate license continuing education only.
