POST ASSOCIATE SCHOOL: Provisional sales associates must take 45 hours of approved instruction in order to renew their licenses. Simply taking 45 hours of continuing education seminars will not count. However, you can now that the course by mail!
Yes, you can take the Post License course by mail from the Vince Mooney Real Estate School. The price is the same. You take the course at home. You take a 30-question test at the end of each of the 15 chapters in the manual and mail them back. You need to score at least 75% on each test. When you have finished all the chapter tests, then you take a 130 -question final exam which you must also pass with at least 75% correct. If you work hard, you may be able to finish the course in 7 days. You must finish within six months, however. The course is only available by mail and not on-line.
